The Crestview Internship Program is a great opportunity for students to gain a general understanding of the church, how it operates, and practice hands-on experience in their area of ministry.

Internship experience includes:
Weekly “Leadership Speaker Series” on leadership and skill development from Crestview pastors, staff, and business leaders
Hands-on ministry experience
One-on-one and small group mentoring and coaching.
Training in self-discipline, spiritual disciplines, and becoming a life-long learner
Schedule & Pay:
15 hours per week for 12 weeks
Start date: June 2024
Interns receive a $300 weekly stipend to help with living expenses

Will I be able to get a part-time job outside of the internship? ↓
Yes, interns may work at part-time jobs outside of their regular hours at Crestview.
What if I need time off because of a prior commitment during my internship? ↓
You may have committed to being part of a wedding or going to a family reunion. We totally understand and want you to be a part of these special times with your family and friends. Just let us know ahead of time what you have scheduled, and we will work with you to take the time you need.
Are there education requirements for this position? ↓
Yes, you must have a GED or high school diploma.
